The irony of it all, he won’t be in school tomorrow to accept his first term perfect attendance award.

His little sister was working perfect attendance until last Friday, the last day of term.  She was also diagnosed with Pneumonia today.

    Remember that time in high school when Derek Dalis went to accept his “high honors” report card award, and fell up-and-off the stairs? Then, a year later, when he successfully managed the stairs en route to accepting his diploma at graduation, we gave him a standing ovation. Good times!

    Oh yikes. I had pneumonia five years ago; was sick for six weeks. Here’s hoping your kiddos are on the mend real soon… that sucks, especially at the holidays.
