That sounds like my ankle.  So much for time on the ATP tour.

Youch, that elbow pop kinda makes me cringe.

My knee does the same thing.. except I can just feel it, not hear it.

  4. Oza Meilleur says:

If your elbow hooked up with my knees,
they could make beautiful music together. :-)

Glad to see you’re still taking care of your bod.
Hope you’re eating healthy…and not partying
too much. Okay, party is good. But eat well!

    Big hugs always,

Time for a trip to the famous Dr James Andrews….and, if you see him while you’re there, tell Joba to take his time getting better.

We should start a percussion band!

My knees, back, neck and shoulders, your elbow, DCUrbanDad’s ankle….it’d be like the show “Stomp” but without the sex appeal! :D

Just out of curiosity, does your elbow crack when you do pull-ups?

I was going to use the word cringe, but I think that’s been taken. How about yikes… clicking joints scare me. But it’s nice to see a video again. I’m taking the opposite approach to W8loss from here on out. Gonna be starting a “BusyDad Cooks” video series soon. At least that’s the working title…
