  Youch, that elbow pop kinda makes me cringe.

  My knee does the same thing.. except I can just feel it, not hear it.

  I was going to use the word cringe, but I think that’s been taken. How about yikes… clicking joints scare me. But it’s nice to see a video again. I’m taking the opposite approach to W8loss from here on out. Gonna be starting a “BusyDad Cooks” video series soon. At least that’s the working title…
