  That second one did my head in. I was all ‘what is that?’ and then the DIYer in me worked it out. I was impressed, cause I only ever let her out in Spring and it is almost winter here in Oz. Seems my inner DIYer is becoming Americanized.

  The last photo looks a little like Andrew Wyeth’s “Christina’s World” (OK, just a very little).

  While he died before you you were born you probably know that Grandpa HG was a mason. We had all his old tools at our house including many levels of all sizes. I loved to play with them when I was a little girl - the bubble thingie was endlessly fascinating (though now I would find it annoyingly boring).
