Picked up a new grill yesterday. Weber Genesis E-310. Natural gas model. Some of it was birthday present for Me, some birthday present for Meredith, some a Home Depot giftcard I had left over from Christmas, a little here, a little there.
It will be nice to have a new, efficient 3 burner grill to cook on. The old one served gallantly right up until the end, but man was it getting hard to cook with.
Nice assist to our new neighbors….
I wound up needing a 3/8″ pipe nipple to connect it to the natural gass fixture that was already there for the old grill but didn’t have one. Didn’t have time to head out to Lowe’s or Home Depot as I had to get ready for work. I look over and see our new neighbor from 2 doors down the street come home in his plumber/HVAC truck.
I went over and asked by chance if he had the piece I needed. Sure enough he did. Thanks Bob!

I have since taken ALL of the protective blue tape off the new grill!

so, you (not so new now) grill hooks directly up to your home natural gas feed? crazy new englanders.
