Not a bad day at all!
Was a beautiful fall day in New England, bright sun, brilliant colors on the trees warmer than normal, but still a crispness in the air. Nice day to sandwich a 1st birthday party in between the Patriots/Dolphins and game 7 of the ALCS.
Pats dismantled Miami so much so that I had no qualms about having to run some last minute errands at halftime to get ready for the party (still enjoy going to the packie on Sundays).
We had a good time celebrating Regan’s 1st birthday. Regan had fun, which is the important part.
And the Sox polished off another ALCS comeback. They are the only team to come back from down 3-1 (or worse) in ALCS history twice, and now they have done it thrice. Bring on the red hot Rockies.
Toppers were my two fantasy football teams. Will be going to 7-0 in the league I am actually good in, and should squeak out a win in my hopeless league to move up to 2-5 and at least stay tied for last.
