Project 365 // Day 155
Crayola Sidewalk Paint Foamer. It’s pretty cool! I guess available only at Target.
Project 365 // Day 156
Apparently the Imperial Star Destroyer was in the shop.
Project 365 // Day 157
Jury duty today. I did not have to serve. Plymouth Trial Court building. Nice new building. I grabbed the camera during some downtime. When I was done the security guards wanted to know why I was taking photos of the courthouse. I don’t think they really understand what I was talking about, not bloggers themselves for sure.

Story would be a lot more interesting if you were called for Judy Serving. And the photos might have some more spice, too!

You can’t see it in the photo, but the Jedi was relegated to the back seat.

Man! The Star Destroyer dealership could have at least given him a Tie Fighter loaner. Nobody respects the dark side anymore.

Pretty impressive that security would stop you to inquire about the picture taking. Kind of speaks to our paranoid state of affairs.

This past week I had a similiar run in with security. My kids go to a federal run day care, so right across the way of course is the federal building. I thought it would PERFECT for the Photo Hunt.. Before I pulled my camera out of my bag the security guard advised that I was not allowed to take pictures.
(look at how cool this building is: http://img.slate.com/media/97000/97702/010124_MeierCourthouse195_k.jpg)
Love the Darth Vadar.. people crack me up.

Odds are that security guard was being over zealous and your were probably within your rights. Thankfully my guys were a bit curious as much as anything and not tying to be heroes….
Check out this little article… http://photojojo.com/content/tips/legal-rights-of-photographers/
That being said though I don’t know if I would have pushed the issue.
