Research Project
School vacation week continues, but so does the learning. John has a research paper due on the 28th and we went to the library today to get some source material. He and I both got replacement library cards, at $5.00 a whack! (thus assuring that our originals will turn up any day now).

Brings back memories - didn’t think kids went to the library for research anymore. Nice work!

I love the library.. crazy.. but the smell of used books is intoxicating to me.. Yep I am a dork.
And I have to agree with you, anyday now those library cards are going to pop up.
Nice work PG.

That reminds me, Zoe’s penguin project is due Friday. She’s got (I’ve got) a lot of work to do.

Yes! Hooray! A kid in a library. Woohoo!
I’ve been reading so much lately that says fewer and fewer kids (and adults) are reading and going to libraries.
This warms my heart, PG.

Sadly the library was pretty empty the whole time we were there, but I will support it as much as I can so long as I can. The net and such can be great for research, but there is no beating flipping through a book for source material.

It’s Stephon Marbury’s autograph. He may be a dirtbag, but he name is all over all sorts of stuff sold at Steve & Barry’s. Nothing in the store over $8.98.
