I believe, correct me if I’m wrong, that’s his name. Didn’t think I would have to clear that up, but, with PG you have to go slow.
BILLOW, funny stuff. I would go by Will, at least you are connoted with a garbage movie.

Thanks Joe, but being up for the position of water commissioner, I was thinking that the Bill Low was the promise. He would be, in part, responsible for setting water rates and all. He would bill low, we won’t pay much, who needs the explaining?

Ha! Here’s how I interpret the sign:
Elect Bill Faucet (or Spigot)
Low Water Commissioner (’cause when there’s high water, its someone elses job.)
There must be a problem with pant leg lengths in the local area.
