It’s On! If you watch my W8 Loss Wednesday videos you will know that this past week I mentioned a “Six Pound Showdown” to be held between myself and fellow weight loss plateau dweller Scott Townsend. We will, responsibly, race to see who can lose the next 6 pounds fastest. As it turns out it is now a three man competition as Jim from the Busy Dad Blog has decided to join in. Here are a look at the competitors….
PG, location: Massachusetts

Working towards a goal weight of 210. Fairly happy with current weight, but would love to get cranking in the gym (the one where I don’t actually have a membership to) to re-proportion the weight a bit.
Main Weight loss method: Loosely following the Weight Watchers “flex plan” counting points, increasing daily activity.

The mastermind behind the W8 Loss Wednesday video blog. Recently reached his near term goal of getting below 280 only to creep back up above. He will be motivated to get back on track for sure.
Busy Dad, location: California

Recently finds himself with a bit too much time on his hands for doing things that are allowing him to get a bit soft in the middle.
A new comer to the W8 Loss Wednesday movement. Should be considered a stong favorite as 1. he hasn’t been trying to lose weight, and those first few pounds always seem to fly off and 2. This guy’s an athlete!

I have been away and I come back to a three way duel.. AWESOME.
Though BD/PH is my a great buddy of mine, and Scott was awesome to think of this idea I am PG all the way. GO PG!
