It’s been a while since I did a video complete with a weigh-in. I had sworn off of them. But being election season I though a good flip-flop would be in order. Without further ado…..
Oh, it’s a long one, over six minutes, but there is a pay-off at the end.

You know how sometimes you can just feel when you’ve slacked off too much? Yeah, that’s me. I need to do something–not so sure putting my mug up for review each week is the answer.

Do I remember correctly that you did the weight routine from Buff Dad? I’ve started that, and I was in such piss poor shape that I couldn’t even finish the week one circuit the first two times I tried it.

WOOT WOOT.. soo excited to see these are back.. I actually just mentioned you in post this past Monday (not knowing you had posted this already because I have been a slacker on reading).. So glad these are back.. Love them.. Now if you can only video tape you going around in circles again on your bike the day would be golden!!!
