Project 365 // Day 173
Making the newsman, the news.
Today was the day that the Patriot Ledger’s Andrew Lightman came over to interview me regarding my Project 365. Andrew explained that they had a multi-media piece in mind for the Ledger’s web site. He iterviewed me on video, and asked me to share some of my favorite photos so far. It will be interesting to see the end result. I will share the link when it goes live (if it makes me look good!).
I have to say, it’s a bit unnerving being the subject of an interview. I don’t do real well talking about myself. Oh, and I do have a tendency to ramble. When I do videos of myself I am the editor and I can put it together to make myself look good, goofy but good. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t think that the Ledger is looking to make me look bad, but the not knowing, not having any creative control, it’s unsettling is some fashion.

Be on guard, Patrick. I don’t know who this guy is, or what sort of scam he’s running, but he doesn’t work for the Patriot Ledger. Did you count the silverware after he left?

Call me jealous but you are a babe in the woods on the 365 thing and getting interviews to boot. Wow. That is amazing stuff. I’ve been doing photo-a-day for 1203 consecutive days, I’m on year 4. And in MA as well. I’m pretty impressed that you are getting press, and yet somewhat jealous to boot. I will check out your flickr stream. Maybe we can shoot together sometime.
