Last several weeks I had done well cutting the fat from my videos, even if I have struggled with doing the same from my diet. Most videos have clocked in around or under four minutes. This one however will rob you of just over five minutes.
Tune in to see how I do with the weigh in. Oh, and OOPS! I forgot to credit the band who I stole music from this week… Check out Voxtrot! They are a solid outfit from Austin, TX. I have lost track of what music I have used in my videos, if this is a repeat, at least it’s a deserving one.

Still converting/uploading my video. But I have to thank you for the beer recommendation. I love Reds. Enough already… I’m sold! Damn you Glenn, now I need to run out and pick me up some Sam Adams IRISH RED!
Oh, and if you like to munch after work, have some rabbit food ready - you know, celery sticks, carrots, lettuce and some non-fat ranch dressing. You can eat a ton and it won’t do any damage.

Congrats on that beer diet working! Is the Irish Red like Killians? Better? I love Guinness, but I usually drink Mich Ultra.
I took your advice, and that of others, and cut the soda out of my diet completely - no soda in 6 days, just water, coffee and beer. After watching your video, I’m thinking of going to all beer. What do you think?

One pound on a beer diet. Not too shabby. I’m guilty of the late night eating myself. Cereal with added sugar. The only thing that saved me tonight was that we are out of milk.

Hey, try this when you get home late -
First have a tall glass of water or juice or milk (if you’re into milk) or even a beer (and then a glass of H2O, to help you wake up feeling a bit less dehydrated) and then …. go brush your teeth.
It’s an additional plus if you have one of those nice electric toothbrushes, like the “sonic-care”, as well.
This activity can make for a reinforced transition away from the late night eating habit.
