Project 365 // Day 89 v2.0
If you’ve been around since January 2008 then you’ll recall I started doing weekly weigh in videos. Strangely people seemed to enjoy them.
I started them after I had already lost about 20 pounds and went on to drop almost another 20. My low was just over 210.
Well, as you can see, I have put most of it back on.
While I am stopping short of committing to a new series of weight loss videos, I am going to make an effort to bet back down into the two-teens.
But I might… just might do a video series. Stay tuned!
