Project 365 // Day 356 v2.0
Some nine days ago I turned my 50mm lens around and used it as a macro lens. At the time I said that I needed to get a reversing ring so I could attach the lens to the camera that way rather than hold the lens in front of the camera.
Well, seems Bryan really agreed with me as a package arrived on Saturday with a brand new reversing ring. He had told me that he was going to send me one, but I though he was sending a spare one he had around. Nope. He bought me one. What a guy.
The theme of boston.com’s monthly amateur photo contest is “What’s That” and a good way to take a ‘what’s that’ type photo is doing extreme closeups. I’ll be shooting many of them in the next few days as the contest ends next Sunday
So, if you get sick of macros over the next few days you can blame him. If you like them you can thank him.
